We had not moved for 30 years. We talked to Karen before the pandemic hit. Not wanting to move at that time, we waited. We had grown older by the time we found an apartment to move to and we were older, in our 80s. Karen helped us in many ways to still make the move and find assistance to get the work done. She is very capable and gave us valuable information to close the deal.

Karen followed through with helpful advice , provided info and listings to fit my criteria . I live on other side of state so that was very helpful. She returned my calls , texts and emails and set up Dot Loop for me to sign offers , etc , Karen was very professional and knowledgeable so I was comfortable with her advice.

Karen was very honest and 'down to earth'. She had great recommendations on what we needed to do and what was unnecessary to prep our house for market. Highly recommend.
